2018 - Amazon-ing So Far!

I just finished my books from 2017, y'all. Now, 4th Quarter (October, November, and December) are traditionally the BEST MONTHS EVER for retailers. It's like a 3-month holiday where most report that 1/2 of their entire year's income came in those 3 months.

That was exactly how it panned out for me, too. HALF of my Net Profit came in Q4 of 2017.

So, I was prepared to see a decrease in sales come January.

Except, it never happened.

So I dug a little deeper into my data analytics. I realized that all of my existing accounts have become better, and better, and continue to sell MORE with each passing week because of all of the value I continue to add to the brands I represent on Amazon. I didn't see a decline in sales with Q1 2018. I saw an increase.

People. I don't want to get ahead of myself, because those who have been reading this blog for any time understand that I legitimately have PTSD from my past relationship since every time things were looking good and positive, the absolute worst was *just* around the corner...

So I hesitate to even type these words. But.

If things continue as they have been (and they are poised to ONLY GET BETTER this year), I will be ready to purchase a home for Robbie and myself later this year. Paid in cash.

If selling on Amazon without ever touching product sounds like something you'd be interested in, truly, come check out the workshop Dan and Eric have put together! Day 1 will teach you how I found all the products I currently sell as a brand partner with the manufacturers - a technique they call "Reverse Sourcing Wholesale."

Thanks for the info. I am the most concerned about the sourcing part. Did you approach this by choosing products that you understood? did you try to stay away from big companies? did it take you a long time to get the relationship with the manufacturing going?

random question... any suggestions on how to name your seller account?

Hi Kathy,

Check out Day 2 of the workshop, it lays the foundation, but Day 3 (tomorrow) will actually show you the formula that the guys use and teach.
